Patient care technicians provide basic care to patients in settings such as hospitals or nursing homes. From checking blood pressure to helping patients perform self-care tasks, patient care technicians utilize a vast amount of healthcare knowledge that allows each day to be different from the last. This program allows individuals who want to work directly with patients to do so, without having to become a nurse or doctor.

All applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and wear scrubs.
